Your bonus percentage is set by your quarterly Net New commission production and your Life "Issued & Paid" count. Higher production unlocks higher tiers.

Percentages shown are of quarterly Net New commission. Tier D represents missed production and earns $0. Total bonus earnings are capped at $3,500,000 over the 3-year bonus period.
